Why do I have to log in to view the products?
We’re a wholesale only company and therefore don’t allow members of the public to browse our product ranges or see our wholesale pricing.
How to create my wholesale account?
You need to signup with all the detail and then after review. We will invite you via mail then set your password and login.
Where can I see your products?
All our products are selling online we dont have showroom.
Do you have a minimum order value?
Yes, our minimum order value is $250 plus GST.
Please note: we don’t have a maximum order!
What payment types do you accept?
We accept Visa online payments, Paypal, Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) and Direct Deposit.
Some items arrived damaged on delivery, what should I do?
We take extra care to pack all your items carefully, but, being giftware, items occasionally do get damaged in transit.
If you find some of your stock is damaged on arrival, please be sure to report it within 14 days of delivery.
Please contact us and take a photo of any damage and be sure to include your customer ID, invoice number and product code of the damaged item.
What is the delivery charge and how quickly will my products be delivered?
As we bulk ship to all regions of Australia, we enjoy very competitive freight rates. We aim to send out your order within 3 working days except in busy or holiday periods. if a delay happend we will contact you.
